Some tips for those of you who have initial interview

Some tips for those of you who have initial interview: (Please remember me in you prayers as i have ISSB test after a month) 1)Be confident,Confidence implies that the candidate is mature and is good at communication. 2)Look Sharp. 3)Be prepared,always do your preparation,Give a sample interview to you friend first. 4)show good manners and conduct. 5)never panic. 6)Smile often,this will imply the fact that you're trust worthy. 7)relax and calm your nerves,Breathe slowly from your nose to ease tension. 8)If the deputy asks the question in english then reply in english, if he asks in urdu then reply in urdu. 9)your answers should be be to the point. 10)just go with the flow, if he smiles you should smile, if he's serious be serious,but don't get angry if he gets angry . 11)close the door after entering the room, go near him and say 'Asalam-o-alaikum sir'. then wait for him to say 'sit' and then sit. dont move the chair to sit. You must sit on the chair from the left side and exit from the right side. 12)Dress to impress, your dress should be formal and decent. 13) If you're wearing a 3 button suit, then button the first two buttons and leave the last button un-buttoned. If you're wearing a two button coat then button the first button and leave the second one. 14)wear matching socks. 15)groom your self,appear in fresh haircut, cut your nails, shave or trim your beard.And never wear a perfume. 16)If you don't know the correct answer then say 'I'm sorry sir" confidently. 17)maintain eye contact and pleasantly look in his eyes. 18)don't speak too loud or in low volume. 19)if he asks a difficult question then say 'sir please give me a minute to over-think the question' and then think. 20)don't answer if you know for sure that you're wrong.No answer is better then wrong answer.
